Over the years we have undertaken many developments of which we are very proud. Consisting mainly of up-market contemporary country houses, Darcy have always kept the traditional look and respected the exterior feel of the surrounding area, whilst inside have endeavoured to create that "wow factor". Such contemporary properties are often sold on the release date.

We have completed a variety of projects including:

• A bespoke 5 bedroom country house in Michelmersh.
• Refurbishment and remodelling of a 6 bedroom mock tudor property in Chilworth.
• High specification apartments in Winchester.
• First time buyer properties in Highfield, Southampton.
• Conversion of Grade 2 listed buildings in Winchester.

We are currently completing sites in beautiful country locations such as Michelmersh and Houghton in the Test Valley, and prime City locations in Southampton such as Chilworth.
